Not recieving loot from Event Crate

After clicking a dot first, i opened an ecrate but my inventory was full. I got a god sword, but I didnt recieve it. Here is some photo evidence

Hey next time you have an Event Key keep space in your inventory for the Item, if this is on Flash I can just give you 20k for this happening.
