Hi there, if the DP is met in a certain month, at some point in the following month it will execute. Whenever the DP happens, it's announced on our discord. For example, let's suppose we complete the DP for this month; then in April (next month) at some point a DP weekend will be announced on the discord.

There's no such thing as a direct 'reward'. The way mega bonus weekends work is that each time you play in an event (and participate for the entirety of the event) you are accredited some DP vouchers. DP vouchers have very good rewards and you can earn a maximum of 10 as a trainer or 15 as a rank donator. Additionally, pokeparties are hosted throughout the US afternoon (a pokeparty is where everyone online gets a random shiny).
