Can't join a specific server

Hey, so I'm not able to join one specific network on saga but I am able to join other networks. Is there a reason for this or am I just bugged from that network and that network only? For ex. I try joining a realm, but it gives me the message "Unable to connect to realm, please try again later." Does this entail that I am banned/blacklisted from this network or just some bug preventing me from joining? I won't submit a ticket for this issue in case others get this problem as well.

You could be banned, you can make a ticket for this and a staff member of your realm could give you more details

Damn so why not just give the message of "you are blacklisted/banned from the server" instead of having to make the players actually go through the process of figuring it out themselves? Seems like y'all just want more interactions with the server instead of just being straight up with them. I appreciate the response to my question, but it could've all been avoided if the message just told you the punishment instead of having to go the trouble of making a ticket to find out. And if me being "banned" is the case then I know for sure the server's staff are lacking, heck they are even abusing the perks they get too. I won't point out names but if y'all can't even fix that problem then no wonder the servers are dying even when merged. Good day.

It generally does say the msg so I’m not sure why it isn’t for you. If you are anti discord servers you can also just message a staff member privately. It is difficult to be “straight up” with you because when I search the username “EasyFix” in our game channels nothing comes up. If you have a different username then I am unsure what it is. If you’re not going to bother pointing out names then you don’t have to waste energy bringing it up. We can delete your website account to prevent any future emails from us if that will help you. t's similar name but I was quitting regardless of the situation. Don't want to assume anything on why it isn't showing for me, but it would be easier just to let the players know of a punishment because it at least tells them they're wrong in doing something, and not really, in the ways of being "straight up" just means the message doesn't have to tell the player they can't connect, just makes it seem like a server issue which I now found out why. It's all up to you guys if you want to delete it, not like I can log back into the game anyways with the issue/punishment.
