Instant Building Suggestion.

I have an idea for something that Donators could get. (Optional).

The idea behind this is that some people like playing Pixelmon, but they can not be bothered with building houses all the time.
More a thing for the lazy people (me included) here.
Because people create many /homes in different biomes for different Pixelmon spawns.

Instant Items:

Instant House S - Tradable/Sellable:
Size: 14x14
Floors: 1
Right Click creates an instant house with 2 Chests, 1 Furnace, PC and healer.

Instant House M - Tradable/Sellable:
Size: 18x18
Floors: 2
Right Click creates an instant house with 4 Chests, 2 Furnaces, PC and healer.

Instant House L - Tradable/Sellable:
Size: 32x32
Floors: 2
Right Click creates an instant house with 8 Chests, 4 Furnaces, PC, Fossil Cleaner, Fossil Machine and healer.

Instant Breeding S - Tradable/Sellable:
1 Breeding station with the option to set both 50% sides to required breeding environment. (Can only be set once).

Instant Breeding M - Tradable/Sellable:
2 Breeding station with the option to set both 50% sides to required breeding environment. (Can only be set once).
Includes 3 Isi's Silver Hourglass.

Instant Breeding L - Tradable/Sellable:
4 Breeding station with the option to set both 50% sides to required breeding environment. (Can only be set once).
Includes 3 Isi's Gold Hourglass.
