How do you warp back to your claimed land?

I claimed some land with the grief prevention tool, but I can't get back to it. I asked some people in the chat and they said to do the /claim land or something and it said tp to there and coordinates but it won't let me tp there. Is there any other way?

Please do /claimland and it will show the coordinates of the claim, you can ask a helper+ in your server to tp you back.

To prevent this from happening please set a home with, /sethome.
