I logged on and had You've Been Warned on my screen. It said I traded or sold more than 100K in a day, but I don't recall buying, selling, or trading more than 10K since I started on the server a week ago. Can someone clarify what happened so I don't accidentally do it again please?

This could have been by trading or giving away pokemon that are above 100k in price or have a set minimum. If you're unsure when you get warned I always recommend talking to staff from the realm you play on.
