trapped in void???

i entered hummingbird obstacle couse in the parkour and failed then fell into the void now im stuck and it wont let me type or use commands and walking around wouldn't do much and might not even be possible (honestly don't know if theres anything i can do to get out or if this is a glitch)

im in the same boat, I found an end portal and it teleported me to the same type of location. I cant type any commands and am basically stuck here until I get help
