STAFF PLS HELP

I was doing a world boss battle on 3/28/2021, I came second and "got a master key", but it wasn't in my inventory. If possible can a staff/admin member pls give me a new key or something kind of like it? Thank You!

Hey there isn't much we can do but next time have an empty space for your inventory so you can get your key also it would of dropped at your feet if you didn't get it,
