So I bought Elite Rank and 1 Shiny Legend Key about 2+ hours ago. I have yet to receive them. Is there any reason why I haven't receive them? It's been 3 hours since I made the purchase, I play on the PokeDream Server. (I don't really know how to contact a member of staff so this is probably my best bet as of right now)
