Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this.
So Galaxy, Blaze and Flash all have been reset with the mentions of a few things staying as they were.
One of the things announced to not be reset was the Playtime.
When I logged in today on the Flash server, I noticed my titles were there but my playtime had been reset.
The thing is, pre reset my playtime on Flash was of 11 days and 8hours (and some minutes but I didn't think of taking a screenshot as it was advertised that it wouldn't be reset.) At 12 days of playtime a reward is a rank up so I'd like to know what is going on regarding that, if the announcement had a mistake or whatnot as when I asked the question in the server chat, I was told the post did not mention the exclusion of playtime in the reset.
I have attached a screenshot with highlighted parts mentioning the exclusion of playtime in the reset.
