Missing Master Key

I bought a master key and champion rank in the store, but when I logged on I only acquired the rank and not the key as well.

Probably when u bought the rank, it only updates rank because u arent online to be given the items, u had to be online for the items to be given to you, i suggest that u open a ticket on discord and they will solve the issue for u. When buying rank, they give the items to u instantly and not after u join onto the server again
