I did everything it told me to evolve my Galarian Yamask and it never evolved. It also did not have an everstone.

yeah Galarian Yamask's evolution is bugged at the moment. It's a mod-side thing, so hopefully it gets patched in future patch updates. In the meantime, you can message any smod+ to create a ticket on our discord to help evolve it for you
