A question about gifting pokemon

So, I have 3 shiny legendaries, 1 is a duplicate and another is one I don't plan to use. Would I be able to gift them to a friend without them having to give me money in return? Or is that against the rules?

It is against our rules to give away Pokemon worth over 100k, which you can see in the rules below:

• A TOTAL maximum difference of $100k is allowed per 24 hour period. Please check the valuation of items/Pokemon with /prices or consult with staff in advance. (Jail) Trade evolving using Legendaries worth over $100k is NOT allowed!
