There is currently a test server for 1.16 at the moment. I'm sure the server will be moved over to it once most of the bugs are sorted.

Yeah there's a beta server which is open to veteran+ players.

There is a PokeZone section in discord that provides all the information needed to get connected provided you are an Elite+ donator I believe.
